Cancellation, Terms and Conditions

Cancellation & Refunds

Starting Jan 1. 2022 if you cancel your registration within the terms below, you will be refunded your full tuition less $35, as PayPal is now keeping their transaction fee, thus passing the refund burden onto the consumer.

TERMS: If you cancel not later than 30 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund, less $35 for PayPal CC Charges. If you cancel within 30 days of the start of the program, you will not receive any refund, and your tuition cannot be credited to another course. However, if a replacement can be found, they may come in your place, at no additional charge. Class sizes are kept small for quality “one-on-one” training and mandated by State Fire Training. Our courses require a minimum number of personnel for safety and team effectiveness. Therefore, students dropping at the last minute could jeopardize the course numbers resulting in the cancellation of the class for all others scheduled. You will be refunded in-full if the class has been entirely cancelled by the instructor. CODE 3 RESCUE, will notify all registrants as early as possible, but assumes no liability for expenses incurred by the registrant up to the time of the course. Programs will not be canceled due to weather. Participants should be ready for any and all field conditions and are responsible for their own protection from weather or thermal-related insult or injury.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unused with tags and in original packaging at buyers shipping expense. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Sales@Code3rescue.com for a Return Authorization.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must contact us via email to obtain a Return Authorization by emailing Sales@Code3rescue.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
